You have 30 days from delivery to decide if an item isright for you. We’ll gladly accept unworn, or any defective merchandisepurchased on forreturn.


Steps are easy to follow:

1. Start your return by clicking here to submit a support ticket. Make sure our team hasworked with you on the issue before you send the package.

2. Securely pack the item(s) in a box or envelope of yourchoice. Please write your order # on the outside of the package.

4. Once we receive your package, we’ll promptly processyour return.


Returns will be processed within 7 business days uponreceipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Wallet or the samepayment account you used for the original purchase per your request.

Returning shipping charges are non-refundable (we do notaccept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery).


Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at themoment. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you have received an incorrector defective item, please sendyour request to our customer serviceteam, and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
